ESD15L-4D The multi-sensor composite fire detector can detect VOC gas, temperature, smoke and CO gas concentration changes generated by lithium battery leakage or thermal runaway combustion in the target environment, monitor indicator data in real time, detect indicator abnormalities in a timely manner, and eliminate them through intelligent analysis and judgment. Interference information, screen out fire hazards and early situations, and send out early warning signals in a timely manner. When the alarm condition is reached, a fire extinguishing action command is output.
The detector uses CAN bus communication and outputs message information according to the protocol. It is widely used in high-speed railways, subways, locomotives, shopping malls, stores, warehouses, motor rooms, distribution cabinets, fresh air ducts, wind power generation, new energy battery, and energy storage stations. and other civil and industrial places.

Wiring:
The detector has smoke, temperature, carbon monoxide and battery leakage VOC gas detection and alarm functions, and the detector has 3 levels of alarm strategy:
◆ Level 1 Alarm Strategy: (Note: Level 1 alarm is not associated with fire extinguishing output)
1. The detector detected smoke above the threshold (≥0.25dB/m);
2. The detector detected that the carbon monoxide gas concentration had reached a threshold (≥190ppm+/-50ppm);
3. The detector detected that both temperature sensors detected temperatures greater than 62 degrees Celsius;
4. The detector detected that the concentration of volatile gases (VOCs) reached above the threshold (≥55mg/m3 or 200ppm)
◆ Level 2 Alarm Strategy: The level 2 alarm strategy refers to the corresponding measures when any 2 alarms in items 1~4 of the level 1 alarm strategy are addressed. During the alarm level 2, the extinguishing output can be manually controlled by operating the rocker switch connected to the detector.
◆ Level 3 Alarm Strategy: The 3-level alarm strategy refers to the alarm sent by the detector when the temperature above 85 degrees is detected by both temperature sensors inside the detector. When a level 3 alarm occurs, the detector will automatically output a fire extinguishing signal and turn on the fire extinguisher for fire suppression.
Fire extinguishing output and fire extinguishing feedback:
◆ Manual extinguishing output: When a level 2 alarm occurs, manual fire extinguishing control can be carried out by operating the rocker switch connected to the detector, the specific method is: press and hold the rocker switch button and hold for about 3~4 seconds, you can achieve manual fire extinguishing output.
◆ Automatic fire extinguishing output: In the event of a Level 3 alarm, the detector automatically activates the extinguishing control output after a delay of 10 seconds.
◆ Fire extinguishing feedback signal: After the fire extinguisher is successfully started, a set of passive contacts is output, and the detector automatically reports the fire extinguishing feedback signal after receiving the signal.
